- chopped romaine, house made croutons, creamy dressing, parmesan tuile
- Harvest Salad
- mixed greens, goat cheese, toasted almonds, fresh oranges, red onion, vanilla vinaigrette
- Mussels
- with sautéed bacon, root vegetables, white wine thyme butter
ENTRÉE (Select 1):
- Chicken Fontina
- pan seared with mushrooms and spinach in a white wine lemon butter sauce, topped with fontina cheese, served with Chef’s selection starch and vegetable
- Duo Scallopini
- seared chicken and sausage with mushrooms, peppers, onions, marinara sauce over penne pasta
- Spiced Pork Medallions
- finished with an apple Dijon cream sauce, served with Chef’s selection starch and vegetable
- Tortellini Alfredo Primavera
- tri-colored tortellini, squash, zucchini, broccoli, red pepper, parmesan cream sauce
