- Crab Wontons… Stuffed with crab, cream cheese, scallion and soy sauce, fried in a crispy wonton with Thai Chili sauce
ENTRÉE (Select 1):
- Pork Porterhouse… 14oz grilled Pork Porterhouse topped with an orange rosemary gremolata served with white beans and kale
- Duo Scallopini Penne Pasta… Seared chicken and Italian sausage with peppers, onions, mushrooms, and marinara
- Salmon Nicoise… Grilled salmon topped with sautéed olives, capers, roasted red peppers, in a white win jus and a saffron honey drizzle with chef selection’s starch and vegetables
