Are you open?

Tavola is open to the public featuring outdoor dining and take-out daily. Lunch reservations are available from 11 AM to 3:30 PM, followed by Dinner from 4:30 PM to 9 PM. Take-Out is offered daily from 12 PM to 9 PM.

Our expansive patio is open for outdoor dining with reduced capacity to accommodate social distancing, advance reservations required through Open Table, and increased safety and sanitation standards.

 

 

 

What is your dress code? Are masks required?

Tavola’s DRESS CODE is Smart Casual.

We hope that the following guidelines will be helpful in making your visit enjoyable and comfortable.

Our dress code requires a polished-yet-comfortable look. The range of acceptable attire includes casual daywear, casual evening wear, and tasteful outfits.

Dress Code Policies:

  • Proper footwear required at all times.
  • Face coverings required upon entrance, exit and while in all common areas (per state mandate).
  • Men must wear shirts with sleeves.
  • Crop tops and bare midriff tops are not permitted.  
  • Revealing clothing is not permitted.
  • Shorts, skirts or dress inseams must reach below mid-thigh.
  • When dining indoors, removal of baseball caps is encouraged.

What is your gratuity policy?

Please be advised that a 20% gratuity will be automatically applied to all guest checks. We thank you in advance for your patronage and for supporting our staff during these challenging times.

 

 

 

 

Is there a time limit for reservations?

Yes. As we are operating at a reduced capacity, a time limit is currently in effect for all dining guests; each table is reserved for up to 2 hours. Thank you for your cooperation.

 

 

 

 

Do you have a grace period for late reservations?

We have a 10 minute grace period for all reservations. Please call us at (610) 543-2100 if you are running later than 10 minutes after your reservation time. We cannot guarantee that your reservation will be held if you arrive after the grace period.  

 

 

 

 

What is your refund policy?

Tavola Restaurant + Bar does not offer free returns or exchanges for food and/or beverage items that are prepared in accordance with chef’s standards.

 

 

 

 

Can I reserve the fire pit and love nest areas?

Yes! Our large fire pit and love nest areas are available by reservation only. Please contact our sales team to discuss fire pit and love nest availability and food & beverage package options by calling (610) 543-2100 or emailing ssmith@springfieldcountryclub.net.

The large fire pit seats a maximum of 10 people and requires a $400 minimum spend per 3-hour reservation window.  The love nests seat a maximum of 6 people and require a $250 minimum spend per 3-hour reservation window.

 

 

Do you accommodate large groups or private parties?

Of course! We have a number of options including private and semi-private rooms along with customized menus. Please reach out to a member of our sales team for more details by calling (610) 543-2100 or emailing ssmith@springfieldcountryclub.net.

Do you support charities and local organizations?

At Tavola Restaurant + Bar, we are committed to supporting local community initiatives. We offer nonprofits the opportunity to host fundraising events at Tavola where we donate a portion of sales to your group. For more information on how to schedule your event, please click here.
