- Strawberry Fields Salad; with baby spinach, strawberries, candied pecans, crumbled bleu cheese, sliced red onions, avocado, white balsamic poppy seed dressing
Entree Course
- Kendall Jackson Estate Pinot Noir, 2015
- Duo of Stuffed Chicken Roulade and Filet Mignon; Chicken Roulade stuffed with spinach, roasted red peppers and Monterrey Jack cheddar cheese blend finished with a pinot noir butter glaze & Filet Mignon stuffed with sundried tomatoes and goat cheese, pan seared in a Kendall shallot and peppercorn demi reduction, with garlic confit fingerling potatoes and roasted asparagus
